Weddings, Funerals and Other Special Events

The important milestones in any life often involve the church.  We can make our church facilities available to help you celebrate life’s big events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and bridal and baby showers.  In addition, we offer our church facilities to non-profit groups (and to for-profit organizations on a more limited basis) for meetings.  Please see the attached brochure regarding weddings at First United Methodist (Wedding Brochure).  If you have another meeting or event need, please review our Special Event Building Use Guidelines and Fee Schedule (Special Event Fee Schedule) to determine if FUMC is the right location for you.

 Of course, First United Methodist also seeks to provide comfort when a loved one passes from our earthly world to eternal rest with our Lord.  Information on funerals and memorial services as well as compassionate follow-up at First United can be found here (Funeral Brochure).

 Please contact the church office at 748-2612 if you would like to inquire about space availability for your wedding, funeral or other events or meetings.  Please note that meeting space is limited and you should discuss your needs with the church office to confirm they can be met.
