Where Can I Serve?

Cross with Lilies Clipart (1)

Liturgists:  We invite congregation members of all ages to assist in the leadership of worship by reading the scriptures.  To sign up, please contact the church office.

Acolyte:  Children 3rd grade and older are invited to light the candles for the service.  If your child has been through training and would like to sign-up to acolyte for an upcoming Sunday, please contact church office.

Fellowship Time:  Share cookies for all to enjoy and/or help with the set up and clean up.  Please contact church office to provide a treat or to serve as host/hostess.

Women in Faith & United Methodist Men:  These groups exist for fellowship, service to the church, and spiritual growth.

Stephen Ministry:  This group of caring individuals has gone through 50 hours of training in Christian care giving and is available to help you through a difficult time in life.

Missions:  We have many mission efforts that we support throughout the year including the United Methodist Committee on Relief, our local food pantries (Franklin Food Pantry and the Springboro Community Assistance Center), the Veteran’s Hospital, disaster relief mission trips, and the United Methodist Children’s Home.  You are invited to give and participate as you feel led.

Medical Driving Ministry:  If you find you need someone to drive you to and from a medical appointment, please remember that our church offers a Medical Driver Ministry.  We look forward to providing medical transportation to church members and friends whenever and wherever needed.  To schedule a medical driver, please contact Harold Masteller (you may get his phone through the church office 748-2612).  If you are interested in serving as a volunteer driver for this ministry, please contact Harold.
